Customers may return any unused and unopened merchandise purchased within 30 days. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase with first and last name and or your order number. Please email us at info@primelifeusa.com and or use our live chat and ask for a return processing authorization number.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the problem is our fault which will be determined at the time you obtain your return approval. Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us for approval.  

Refunds 

Refunds will start once we get the original package back. Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
